It mostly only happens to me when I leave it in the car with the windows up/no shade. We have lockers by the door now (inside, AC) so I haven't dealt with that in a long time.

When it does happen, I slide the phone into my car's air vent and hit full blast.

Current policy in one of the major cities inter area is stop at 10mph, and write the ticket for 10mph regardless of speed.

The policy in one of the smaller cities is write a ticket at 1mph. Apparently, it isn't a nuisance at that court.
