hmmm...thanks sounds like a lot of work. I ride everyday and I live on the coast where it rains almost every second day this time of year.

I don't actually turn the shower on. I brush it down, and use a water bottle to moderately squirt water onto some areas. The shower is just the best place in my apartment building to do it.

My bike gets soaked in the weather these days, so a bit of extra water won't hurt it. It's more important to get all the dirt and pine needles off of it.
