I eat at Taco Cabana regularly, and I've never heard of this promotion. I've eaten Pizza Patron once. I think it's pretty obvious to see that Pizza Patron's promotions are getting quite a bit more publicity, which as far as promotions go, is kind of a big thing.

Yeah, they are mostly walk-ins, but it is definitely handy if you're short on time, to call ahead. The longest I've had to wait was about 20-30 minutes though.
