My drive is reporting 20% fragmentation so I'll let it run overnight.

That's why I'm sort of confused though because the game was running great before, I'm not sure what changed to suddenly make it run so crappy.

Oh well it'll give me a chance to try out Monk or Wizard

Anyway I tried it and it wasn't any better. Probably going to have to pony up for a new laptop at some point!

I don't see why that's an unreasonable reaction. 10 years ago when a game 'dropped' on the shelves, all I had to do was go home, pop in the disc install and play. No issues, I'm able to use the product I paid for.

Not only did we pay for Diablo 3, we OVERPAID for Diablo 3... the price for the standard game is $10 higher than the typical price. For that money we should be able to use the product without being treated like we're thieves.
