I live in Phoenix where it's hotter than satan's asshole. That's the only reason why I want to stay indoors. I agree I should have a light snack before running, but do you think there's a reason why my meals afterwards wouldn't cure my headache?

Yeah I'm just going to try and give it time. Me and my gf had had fights before and for some really this dumb fight just made her dad really upset. I can understand if he's mad but I don't think it's a big enough situation for him to start yelling at me on multiple occasions. Just writing about the situation got me angry and it shows. I'm angry about the situation but anger problems eh I don't think so at least. thanks for the feedback nonetheless!
