Great answer, I can attest to the accuracy of all 3 points. The reason this diet works is because it requires so little thought. After staying in ketosis for a while, you just sort of know, and getting back into it can be as easy as re-setting your sleep schedule after an all-nighter. It becomes less about planning, and more about instinct, since this is how our bodies were made to run in the first place.

Because she was domineering, psychologically abusive, and resisted all of my attempts to end our relationship, so I turned my affections towards a nice young lady who lived in another state, and was always kind to me. It never elevated beyond romantic conversations, which in retrospect is probably more hurtful than if I had just physically cheated.

In the end my SO found out, went ballistic, STILL wouldn't let our relationship end for another month before I walked away completely. My life would have been tremendously unpleasant living with a woman with that kind of leverage over me.
