My point is that all of TSM switched to Twitch and there are thousands of people who are running it just fine and twitch has a better experience for it's viewers and it's streamers including paying them.

One SC2 player not being paid isn't anywhere near the entire TSM group not being paid.

As for what Twitch does for eSports? They hire people like theGunRun and djWheat directly from the community for what they have done. They make accounts and post/interact with communities on reddit to troubleshoot/fix/update things and people and also Twitch hosts crazy partys after all the eSports venues as well.

My hunch about all the twitch issues is that there is clearly some type of issue on twitch's side but it isn't nearly as widespread as some claim (losing 10k+ viewers on a 15k viewer stream). I also wonder how many people who are complaining are doing it because they don't understand the basics of computing and are experiencing a PEBCAK error.
