Allow me. I lived in Oklahoma from age 12 to 24, and then lived in LA for 5 years and moved back with my wife to be close to her father who is having some health complications. My wife and I both worked in the entertainment industry and are definitely liberal.

There are times when we really really miss LA, but the rest of the time we're asleep. Don't do it. If you love LA, you will only see glimpses of it's shadow here (OKC).
