Yeah, I just posted this above, I'll put it here too, hopefully I can save somebody a headache:

It creates a recursive problem where Windows Explorer continuously crashes, and it's nearly impossible to stop unless you know a little bit of command line fu. If you reboot, it just starts over. If you have less than 2GB of RAM, it's ridiculous to stop because of how much memory a continuously crashing explorer.exe causes.

If you have a alternate, guest, or an admin account, you should be able to remove the folder and problems with the necessary permissions. I did this on a friend's computer with Vista, logged in as admin. One of the most stressful things I've had to fix.

Go to a public library (North Shelby? Hoover?) and send an anon email to all the higher-ups: IT people/sysadmins, corporate, etc. I don't think they'd want to punish one for finding a security flaw and reporting it instead of one exploiting it.
