At first I was like "sixty bucks? fuck that", but after I thought about it for a bit I plunked down the cash and have never looked back. Especially since this is my main method of consuming; if you have another vape for home and only use the MFLB for travel it may not be worth it. But they do have a car adapter for just a little extra...

Are you in a state/country that allows medical use of cannabis? It could possibly help with your nausea/vomiting, appetite, and pain. I would suggest vaporizing it though instead of smoking or eating it; much easier on the lungs than the former and much quicker acting than the latter.

EDIT: Though with a bone marrow transplant coming up, I would do some research first... doing so now.
