Another guy I heard about furthered his agenda within the law. His name was Adolf Hitler.

Could you see the kid begging his mom to take him to see The Avengers after he got done sucking on her tit?

That's all well and good, and most of it may be true; I don't know I'm not a doctor. I think the shocking thing here is that it's the fucking cover of Time magazine.

I have one like it too, it says Schrade 1982 on the blade, and it's stamped with U.S. just like the one in the picture.

Two weeks on Lexapro. And this is what calm feels like. by cactuarcookoffin Anxiety

I just get these irrational thoughts and they don't stay allconsuming as much, they just slip away, or I can rationalize them into healthy negative emotions if needed.

What did you get anxious about and everything before you started taking the meds, if you don't mind me asking?

What was your dosage of celexa that caused the sexual side effects. I am on that and I don't really seem to see much of a difference in my sex drive.

I find that now that I am on meds my brain goes into those little anxiety jags, but then I can almost instantly swallow them back down and feel good again. I'm on celexa, I really think that it helps me out a lot.

I think the younger a person is the more they love frosting. I don't mind it in small bits, but sometimes the shit is just too fucking sweet.

IAmA former Army Field Doctor with 4 tours under my belt AMA. by Welliesin IAmA

[–]ThisistheHoneyBadger 1 point2 points ago

Hey, thanks for your service. My questions is what is the best way to approach someone who has been on a few tours over there when they're just coming back? I mean do soldiers generally want to talk about their experiences or is it better to let them talk about it when they want to talk about it? Thank you.

I found this flag in my Grandparents basement, Can anyone tell me about it? by tapdancinghotdogin pics

[–]ThisistheHoneyBadger 1 point2 points ago

I know a WWII vet that told me the story of personally taking a flag off a guy that he shot during a skirmish. I don't know all the details about the skirmish, but he said a lot of times they would find the flags folded up a special way and tied around their waists under the uniforms. He showed me the bullet hole where he shot the soldier through the midsection, and then chest before looting his body and discovered the bullet went through several places in the flag.

Like the flag pictured, his flag had stuff written all over it. He said he had it translated and it was basically well wishing from all the people where the guy came from and stuff. He had other personal items from stuff he scrounged off guys. It was just what they did during that war and an accepted practice - prolly throughout history - that isn't really done today openly. He wasn't ashamed of it, he considered doing his duty and his reward was a little swag guess.

I hate seeing people snipe from the deck of the aircraft carrier. It's so fucking lame. If it is my team, I'll stand in front of them and move just so they can't snipe.

Tips on maintaining patience/not getting anxious over progress while "losing it?" by loseitlurkerin loseit

[–]ThisistheHoneyBadger 4 points5 points ago

Hey, so I started out at 330 when I got weighed at the doctors and I told myself that I wasn't going to weigh myself again until I was at the doctors again, and I started working out and eating better and stuff. So few weeks ago I got a little extra money and thought "fuck it, I'll buy a bathroom scale." I was shocked and surprised to find that I had lost almost 20 lbs in a month and I was very proud of myself. I don't know if my initial weight was higher because at the doctor's I am fully clothed and had a full stomach when I was weighed. So the weight loss was most likely less than that. Nonetheless I and shedding pounds.

So after that I kept checking my weight every day and it doesn't really fluctuate that much and I realized the trick is don't weigh yourself all the time. It's like ordering a package from amazon. You get all excited that it's coming, but if you keep checking the shipping info and it's stuck in fucking Toledo for days and you get bummed. So now I still check the weight every day, but I know that if I keep going like I am going, I am going to drop weight. It's just a slow process.

My 5 and a half year old niece passed away 5:30 this morning from a brain tumor that was diagnosed only 5 days ago. Just thought Id share her beautiful vibrant smile with the world. RIP Madeline * by JMusto0223in pics

[–]ThisistheHoneyBadger 0 points1 point ago

I'm very sorry, even though I know nothing about you and only a little bit about your niece I really feel for you. I remember reading something from an AMA about a pathologist about how he wasn't sad to work on people unless they were young because he thought of all the wasted potential. I know your niece couldn't have done anything to save herself, but I wish we could have better technology to cure people so this potential won't be wasted in the future.
