Find a hobby. Go hiking or something, walking around in nature and discussing life can be invigorating. Go on a roadtrip and stop in a really big city. Theres so much of the world to see, you dont really understand life at 16 so just go exploring and try and learn as much as you can from the people around you.

i carry around a cuticle cutter and whenever i have the urge to bite or pull off the excess i cut it off with the cuticle cutter. It causes far less damage than biting and doesnt fray or tear the skin. After a while your cuticles and nails will heal and the urge to bite them and damage them will go away because they look so damn beautiful. Also cuticle oil helps too

Have someone chained to a wall and have a bot fly lay its eggs in their skin. They cant scratch themselves or anything, so theyll just have to watch as larva move around under their skin and burst out into the flys, and continue to burrow and lay more eggs in them.

I have stretch marks all over my body. I wasn't even overwieght, its like my body grew too fast for my skin during puberty. Theres no way to get rid of them except spending thousands of dollars to get them lazered off. Doesn't help that i live close to the beach either
