I had that happen, but not with a spider.

I was looking through some old tshirts from college that had been packed away for a couple of years when I found a favorite and put it on. As I was admiring myself in the mirror, a giant cockroach crawled up and out of the neckline and down the shirt. Even though that was more than 10 years ago, I still remember the horror.
