To elaborate...paracetamol is a really nasty substance, that essentially shreds up your insides...if drugs were actually scheduled according to harm potential, that shit would be illegal..., so it's one thing getting your shits and giggles from a low level opiate (8mg codiene per pill) but the amount of crap that comes with it isn't a good idea...
