I mean I play 42 in my deck, (I run worms and want to draw traps over Worm King), I was just unaware of this fact. Maybe I should more closely look at the topping decklists.

There are better one of's for the deck though. Card Trooper, Spirit Reaper, Effect Veiler, or D.D. Crow are all better if you don't have those, or you could up the amount of Rykos that you play, They're really good against the current Meta except for Inzektors.

No, the majority run forty. A few here and there run 41 or 42 particularly inzektors.

Similar to other inzektor decks, sure. Takes no skill to play, not so much. I would suggest taking out the scrap-iron for a compulsory evacuation decice, so good against the current meta (zenmaines laggia dolkka). Also, if you'really running Hopper, you should run the sword, and If you are only maining 2 hornets, i'd side the third in case you are facing stuff that can banish.

Buying packs/tins generally isn't worth it, too random. Try websites for single cards to benefit his deck such as trollandtoad.com and yugiohmint.com. Check out yugioh.wikia.com for deck ideas, and yugioh.tcgplayer.com for strategy articles and the current decks that have been topping/winning major tournaments. Also if you tell me what decks he is using I can try and help out. If he is interested in playing more competively now or in the future you can check out yugioh-card.com for a list of stores that host local tournaments near you. Players at those types of places were the biggest help for me when I first started by providing me with strategic and deck building tips and of course cards that I needed.

I'm not really up for that just because I'm not really inclined to trade the DW stuff unless I'm getting a large majority of the cards I need because DW is my current deck and I need something to play at regionals.
