Or all she remembered in Tennessee, or she just considered it home.

Remember, that is Galaxies, not The Old Republic. The NGE update was released in 2005, it destroyed the game. Review the chart again with this information.

Funny, I don't see The Old Republic on there, only Galaxies.

Census is the primary resource. The listing of the Mother's Birthplace under her son's Census entries later, and the listing of her birthplace earlier.

Star Trek: TNG Crossover Thought/Debate by Starflookin doctorwho

That's an interesting one. I guess it depends on which incarnation of the Daleks you are referring to. I would assume that the Borg could assimilate Dalek technology, but I am not sure how they would deal with the traditional Dalek physiology, I would think they could bring them into the collective, but I just don't know.

Depending on the type of Dalek, they would have space travel, weaponry capable of competing with the Borg, and possible time travel.

Although, to defeat most types of Daleks, all the Borg would have to do is set up base in a shielded/durable building with lots of stairs.

I would imagine the Borg, as they seem to have superior numbers and technology. Also, I would imagine they could assimilate the Cybermen almost immediately while the Cybermen would probably have to work on a way to assimilate the Borg. Not to mention the process of Borg assimilation going faster.

Or sic Rory-borg on them. I imagine that if Rory were ever assimilated he would likely become the Borg King. Between his need to keep Amy safe, his determination to keep going, and the sheer overload of WTF that is his life... Well, I don't think the Collective would handle it.

I personally think, given the right motivation (His family in danger.), Rory is the scariest of the lot. River is capable of violence, sure. It has been shown that Amy is too. But if it comes down to Rory resorting to violence he seems to be more detached and methodical about it. He does what needs doing and goes on his merry way.

Imagine even a fragment of the Borg under his command. Doing whatever is necessary to get back to/protect Rory's family no matter what it takes. Which would most likely mean fighting alongside the Doctor and the Federation.

I was referring to the TARDIS as the TARDIS itself. It is sentient and aware of the things going on around it to some extent. I would think that the Q would definitely be noticed by the TARDIS. Unless I am forgetting something, or it was in a novel I haven't read, the extent to which the TARDIS can act on it's own is never fully addressed. Although, it is partially the reason the Doctor never seems to end up where he was going.

So, a couple of fundamental questions are: How capable is the TARDIS of independent action? How far would the TARDIS go to protect the Doctor in an instance where he was clearly outmatched?

Also, I wrote TARDIS way too much. But to go for the overkill... TARDIS, TARDIS, TARDIS!

I am not sure about wiser, but they are definitely less impulsive than deLancie's Q. But they do not seem to be very decisive, who knows what the Doctor could whip up in the time they are debating the proper course of action. And again, there is the issue of the TARDIS, which is nearly omniscient in itself.

Then since the Q travel by manipulating space time, would the TARDIS, or the shields thereof, be able to keep them from entering using their powers? Powers of which they could be potentially stripped.

And would the odd increase if one or more Q were to assist the Federation/Doctor?

As for all out war, the Q in total seem to be fond of tests and games. Probably because the Continuum is so boring. How long would you be willing to be the scarecrow?

The Q's are not truly omniscient though. They have vast knowledge of events past, present, and future... But they are not all knowing. I do think the Doctor would be able to act in ways they could not predict. Though their nearly instantaneous manipulation of time/space/matter is beyond what the Doctor is capable of. But who knows how their powers relating to time and space would interact with the TARDIS.

That is actually what I was thinking specifically of when I posted. But I know there have been other examples as well. Sadly, I have seen a couple first hand.

Except for the chefs who think gluten intolerance is BS and purposefully toss some in.

Curtain, something on the table (lower left) moving slightly, a light floating past the door, and some human looking shadows. Although I am not sure how much is just in my head.

Accessing protected share from from a user account without access permissions - user account prompt? by megabsodin sysadmin

[–]Starflook 2 points3 points ago

Around here we just manually browse to \ \computername\drive$, and if the person doesn't have access it will generally pop up a password prompt.

So, the share is on the G drive of Fileserver1 you would type into the address bar \ \fileserver1\g$

On Windows 7 it also works if you type it into the search box.

Space between the two \'s is because it wouldn't show both of them.

Sounds like a Bell Witch scenario. Soon poltergeist like activity will start to occur. Then it will follow you, disrupting events wherever you go. It will mock and imitate those around you even outside of the home. If this does happen, beware, because that particular story ended in the poisoning of Mr. Bell.
