Mostly rock, we're just starting to come up with some original songs now, but we play a lot of covers The Stones, David Bowie, Stone Roses, Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Sonics, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Doors, The Only Ones, Black Keys, and stuff like that.

I, for one, count the CBC as one of our national treasures and think such a drastic downsizing is a very sad occurrence. Not that I like all of their programming, but that's true of any network.

I also find it weird when radio stations advertises in the subway. You don't get radio reception in the tunnels...and most of the people you're reaching with your ad, probably commute via subway, not car, and therefore don't listen to your station. Same thing with QR codes on subway ads...you need an internet connection to read the QR code, which you dont have on the subway!!!! Bugs me..
