I will try to switch to some hot tea. I drink a lot of water. I am actually wrapped in a blanket right now, but that is just a temporary fix.

I drink PLENTY of water. I just recently started having this problem. I can't wear a hat since I am in a "professional" environment (so keeping a jacket on all the time is not really acceptable either).
