Here's a video about it. I made this structure using an mcedit filter which you can download here. It's fairly straightforward to modify the filter to display any three words, just edit the top three lines of the filter (make sure you use all caps). Select a 50 long by 50 wide by 30 tall region in MCEdit and then apply the filter, and it should just spit out the structure. You can also download the world here.

There are 1143 sets of armor in the dispensers for each spawn point. It will last quite a while. I also have a Bukkit plugin that will make dispensers last forever, see this video.

The only piece of chainmail that has better protection than gold is the leggings, which are not used in this game. And trust me, no one lives to see their armor wear out :)
