I completely agree with you. I've loved mass effect from day one, and I have every bit of faith in bioware. However if you're trying to explain to the vast majority of ME fans that bioware isn't evil and that there is still alot more to come out of ME3, then you're wasting your time here. Nobody wants to listen to reason at the moment, it seems that everybody just wants a happy fairytale ending to the series so that there is some closure to the game. I for one am excited to see what bioware are going to announce in the future.

Well it knocked it out but it didn't destroy it. The mass effect tech was used in armour, weapons, building etc, surely it could still be salvageable.

I do like it, I am now well into my second play through and I am loving it. No, it wasn't the ending to "my" Shepard's story, it wasn't catered around me, it was an end to a means, the means being destroying the reapers, which is what the entire game has been about
