It was my first time doing the kickboxing, but I trained in Krav Maga for about a year before having to stop (financial reason, and didn't work with my weekly schedule). I have a pretty good grasp on the mechanics of each strike, but I will definitely still focus on the technique, that's one reason why I started at this club was to keep my technique strong while I'm on hiatus. I just wanted to work on stringing some of them together as well. I do need to work on my kicks. I always feel slightly off-balance when giving round kicks
