There is no side of this argument that could have been proven wrong. My original point was in regards to some people claiming it happened years ago, making it pointless to care. NBC is responsible for their "detection" system, accurate or not.

No, the comment was made in regards to a round we played with them. Myself and a bunch of other random people meet up on TS, and we joined up and tossed their salad, in which they didn't cap one checkpoint the entire round, despite the fact they were clan-strong against some random people on TeamSpeak.
