I suppose $34.95 would be a fair price if I wanted to watch all the matches, but I'd really like to tune in for 5-15 minutes here and there. I'm glad Budovideos is doing this. I think it's pretty neat. But I miss the days when the stream was free.

Nothing besides a barbell will prepare you for a barbell. I was in good shape before I started strength training. I trained brazilian jiu jitsu several times a week (still do that), and would go through a bodyweight ad kettlebell exercise circuit a couple times a week. Yet lifting heavy weights was a pretty big shock to my system, a shock I quickly adjusted to, but that adjustment came through keeping at it. And I'm still a total noob.

So, why wait till Monday? Start today.

This is me semi-answering your question: I have an enormous sweet tooth as well, but I keep it in check by stocking absolutely nothing in my pantry that's remotely sweet. Sweet things are fine in moderation, but I'm incapable of moderation with sweet things. The closest things I have stocked now are oatmeal and ketchup.

That aside, on days I lift, I like to indulge in bananas (often as many as I can fit in my caloric/macro goals), a delicious power muffin, fuck, even a cookie or two (I never buy more).
