Unintentional whoosh? Glad I got an answer, though...

He's learnt new things. by larsy87in CrappyDesign

"Learnt" is also correct. Some dictionaries lay it out so that "learnt" is the past tense of learn and "learned" is an adjective - like to be learned. Just trying to throw up some defense for him.

Sure, there are kazillions of these sites... I found something nice so I thought I'd drop them a link. I've been looking for some nice subtle paper textures and they've got them.

Well said. OP, none of us are far from becomming what you dislike in Chris, and none of us would want to be permanently defined like that. Forgive and encourage.

How do you keep your computer organized? (Mac) by Peethasaurin graphic_design

[–]Peethasaur[S] 1 point2 points ago

I hear ya on the backups. Though it's only 3 different places, I Time Machine to a 1TB hard drive that's velcroed under my desk (out of sight, out of mind) and always connected, I have a secondary 1TB HD that I run Time Machine to periodically when it "feels right" (this stays in my car or at another building in case the house burns down... :/ ), and I keep most things on my computer. Additionallly, I have a Dropbox folder (the cloud company) on my desktop where, at the end of each day, I throw a copy of a current project folder for convenience and to avoid not being able to deliver if some evil troll destroyed everything I owned... at 4PM on some idle Tuesday...

For sure. The chronological sorting would be a must.

This all sits in some main folder like "projects" or something? Also, what is a MECH file?

I'm seeing a lot about the plastic/bubble-wrap insulation. I'll have to give this a shot.

I'm giving the water bottles a shot tonight. I filled 4 water bottles with boiling water then put them in tube socks. I am actually in bed now and have them placed next to my feet and armpits - its nice; I'd recommend it.

Is the pollution of property you don't own legal at all? The answer is no. Allowing lobbyists to influence the EPA into legalizing pollution is hardly forward thinking. I'm confused about the debate here, and I think Ron Paul is too: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlTYAGxg_yg&feature=youtube_gdata_player
