Ummm, what are you talking about? UCLA offers a class on human evolution. Anthro 7. They also have at least two professors who study human evolution. How is this being unable to display human evolution?

Thanks for the help. I updated the bios, but it didn't help. I'll look into trying on a second hard drive. As for the gpu, I had an nVidia before my current one and still had this problem.

Honestly, no. I still don't see why there needs to be a reason for the reapers to do what they do. They work perfectly fine as a Cthulu-esque cosmic horror. Also, it doesn't make sense to me:

Why just suddenly invade and start killing/harvesting people instead of detailing the problem and the reapers' plan, then going to murder town if need be.

Additionally, why would the reapers provide the mass relay technology for races to find, thus accelerating the rate at which people will find and use eezo.

Lastly, the whole go it alone or become a reaper ending seems just as weak as the starchild we have now. This ending also makes the game ridiculously human-centric, something the ME universe has mostly avoided up to this point. Why are humans so special that after untold numbers of cycles, they are the only race that can solve the problem.

However, I do think that dark energy should have featured in the ending somehow, perhaps using the data about Haestrom to use dark energy to destroy or trap the reapers somehow.

What do you mean by

they decided that 1% of all Asari were Ardat-Yakshi, not just Samara's kids.

When they introduced the concept in ME2, they mentioned that it is a genetic condition that some asari are born with, which is more common in purebloods. Samara's kids have the lethal version, which is much rarer than the condition as a whole. Source

The main plot holes are

How your team got back aboard the Normandy.
How the Normandy managed to get through a Mass relay (did Joker and the crew just turn and run during the battle?)
How Anderson beat you to the control room (he arrived after you, and there was only one entrance to that room)
The whole star child god thing that was introduced to the plot 5 minutes before the end.

Also, the lack of mention as to anything that happened after besides that Shepard was a hero and the Normandy crashing on some random word. For example, now that the relays are gone, you have almost the entirety of the galaxy's fleets and armies trapped in orbit around a somewhat demolished Earth. Do they just stay and starve?

The main problems that people have with the ending are that it is full of plot holes and loose ends, is inconsistent with the rest of the series thematically, and that it goes directly against promises made by Casey Hudson and other Bioware employees made before the release - list here. They basically replaced the ending to Star Wars VI with the ending to 2001: A Space Odyssey.

The problem I had with DA:O was that the main story seemed to basically consist of go to place, pick a side, and kill the other side. With the the kid in Redwall, you had a third choice of do another mission first to get a better ending. I at least appreciate that they tried to be innovative with the plot and structure in DA2, but they did waste its potential. Also, I think Hawke is a more interesting protagonist than the Warden, but that's just me.

I don't know. Just sitting in a bar having drinks with Garrus knowing that you made it would be amazing. A full on Star Wars style we beat the Empire party would be tacky, but a follow up to the one on ones you had with your crew would be amazing.

Thanks for the reply. I'm working on most of the above mentioned points as well, but it is a little difficult as my programming experience is still a little lacking(I'm working on it). It just makes it a bit better when you don't have to compete against 3rd and 4th year students for spots.
