Thanks for doing this, Mr. Baker!

How were you first approached to play this character?

Wouldn't it be cool to have the crown be for sale for some obscene amount and that would be the only way to be able to wear it? After the quest is over, you could buy it because of all the gems you have acquired.

DLC add-on, maybe?

At the end of the season he is in control, no doubt. But, during this episode he is still under Gus' thumb, hoping that Jesse goes through with killing Gus for him.

Honestly, I don't think this quote is as bad-ass as some make it out to be. This video cuts out the scene immediately following where Walt is seen putting on his cooking uniform while being monitored by Gus.

Essentially, Walt is not in control of his own life. Gus is the one in control. All Walt is doing here is blowing himself up in front of some scared cancer patient in the attempt to convince himself that he is in control.

I still REALLY like this scene, since it shows the level of depth within the character of Walt, but not in the sense that he is bad-ass here, but rather weak.

Noticed a few parallels re-watching season 4 today [SPOILERS]. by wolfsweatshirtin breakingbad

I agree, but I think you have it backwards. Max was the cook and Gus was the businessman. I think what Gus "saw" in Jesse was himself - being the businessman in the two-man partnership.
