We will be there from Saturday around 0900 to Monday morning. We were going to walk as much as we could on the route until we decided to call it a day. Then, continue the next day and making our reservation at 9/11 memorial at 1030am.

Thanks for the advice.

I don't think it will be that bad of a hike... it's all flat land (right?).. with a lot of stops. We will have to split it up due to that alone.

I want to compare it to a nearly non-stop hike up and down a small "mountain" but I can't remember the last time I walked a little more than a half-marathon - probably in my younger Navy bootcamp/school days. Mountain hike was about 8.somethingmiles - 3something miles up, 5something miles down.

Should keep me in shape for missing my training for tough mudder in September.
