I'm bilingual. Spanish and English. Dominantly English. Most days I think in English but at some random points I will think or talk in Spanish. Mostly when something surprising or annoying happens, like when I get cut off in traffic for example. What also happens sometimes is when I am talking to my mother on the phone in Spanish, when I hang up, I am still in Spanish mode and will start talking to my wife in Spanish, which she does not know. I will think in Spanish when I am surrounded by Spanish speaking people. When I am around them for a long time, I will continue to think in Spanish until my head goes back into the more dominant English mode.

Like it or not, this is inside your body and the picture shows it intact. Gruesome or gory would be a picture of someone in a car accident, a execution, someone losing a finger, massive blood loss, head trauma. This is not gory and seemingly you are the only one that has massive issues with it.

It not common sense for someone who does not have any experience with anxiety. This image is not gruesome or gory therefore it does not need a NSFL. I find it fascinating and such things are displayed publicly around the the world. Some may not want to see it, and that is fine but this is not a image I believe merited any kind of warning and was made for humor. Sorry.

I have to say i'm envious. I find human anatomy fascinating. I once installed medical display systems at Texas Tech Medical ( A/V Installer ) and the doctors there were kind enough to show me some cadavers they were working on. I was able to see the brain but what I found the most fascinating was the spinal cord. They called it a horse tail. All the cadavers were older persons dying of diseases such as Alzheimer and cancer. It was very interesting but I was working in the room they kept the cadavers for over 3 weeks, most of the time by myself. I went home stinking of formaldehyde. It would stay in my nose all night even after a shower. I eventually got use to it.
