Thank you SO much for ALL of this. So, so inspiring. I'm glad that there are people that understand, I think that is the one thing that comforts me the most out of everything. It has been a long, draining struggle these past years. My boyfriend currently points out that I'm too nervous and think too much about everything. I'm sick of it. I've been eating healthier, I'm going to exercise AT LEAST 2 times a week, and I'm going to progress to work towards 6 days a week. I'm just sick of feeling so lifeless throughout the days.

But like you said, positive thinking goes a long way. I think I have to get into my own mind and understand how my thoughts work. Been through a lot in the past few years so I'm not sure EXACTLY what keeps feeding it.

Anyways, thank you so much for the encouragement. Nothing makes me feel better than other people telling me they've been through it, and they've kicked ass.
