Same here, my ping is consistently at about 280-320, and occasionally spikes to ~1000. Spikes only happened Friday night at about 11:00-12:00, so pretty much prime time for North America.

I have not noticed it at all. I haven't had any noticable lag in my game, but I'll be watching tomorrow. I'm having a blast regardless.
