  2. the one she is thinking of flew away over a year ago
  3. there is no way to get her a balloon now

I am coming from the perspective that all "sects" of Judaism are subject to the same rules of Judaism, some choose not to practice them. A reform Jew would not claim that pig is kosher, regardless of ordering pepperoni pizza at Sunday school (I know this one from personal experience being raised reform)
