Don't just view the Naval ROTC as simply the Navy, you can choose to become a Marine Option also.

CORTRAMID, Mountain Warfare Training School are our summer cruises and they're all fantastic experiences to train you to become a Marine Corps Officer. Not to mention of course OCS after junior year and TBS after commissioning.

Of course your actual success level depends on the unit that you get accepted to. But whatever branch you choose, definitely don't do it based on the ROTC experience. Research the actual branch, and go from there.

That's true, in the midst of all the Blake-hate, of the attention he gets, and the undeniable flopping, people have kind of missed that he really has improved his game.

He now has a decently respectable jump shot, a few serviceable post moves based on spins. Like you said though, definitely long ways to go.

There's a difference between scoring on pure athleticism vs. being basketball savvy.

I would say most of Blake Griffin's scoring comes from being freakishly athletic, and say Tim Duncan or Dirk being more basketball savvy. I would trust Timmy or Dirk in crunch time more than Griffin, even though he scores as much/more than them.

EDIT: so I'm saying the older guys have more of a "refined offensive game"

Because those opinions are presented as if they're facts. Just because you ran out of time in your life to keep up with the anime to recognize them in the games doesn't mean they're uninspired or not creative Pokemon.

You've probably listened to/like hundreds and thousands of songs, but you don't get tired of listening to similar genre even though they sound similar to each other.
