Florence had to be my favorite city in Italy when I went. It seems much cleaner and toned down compared to other cities. I would say definitely see the Uffizi museum there. But the best thing I did there was made the walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo. It is a bit of a walk but well worth it because it overlooks the entire city. Just google Piazzale Michelangelo and take a look at the pictures.

I have never been to Elba Island but I did stay in Venice for a few days. The first thing I would say about that place is to write down where you are staying and the address. Get a good chunk of time to just get yourself lost in the city. There are many shops and small restaurants that you will never see by just taking the main routes. And buy are really good map!

Tie should be touching the top of your belt buckle. So you are a little long which could be fixed by getting it tighter on your neck. The shirt could be a bit more snug on your torso. Its still a nice look but just need a couple touch ups.

I know the trip will get crammed but my buddy has certain items from Rome on his bucket list. So hopefully putting in the power days for Brussels and Pamplona would give us chances to slow down.

Thanks for the insight. I realize that it is a lot to see in such a short period but the stay in Pamplona should be short. Which would allow us to stay in a couple cities for 4 days and slow things down a bit. Of the cities you have been to which would you recommend the longer stay? Or would staying in Brussels an extra day be beneficial so we can take a day trip to another city?
