I was under the impression that a person can have same size muscle on both hands, but one hand would be stronger if you did light weights with lots of reps that give you that burning pain. And I thought that was called toning. Is there any truth to this?

I feel that even though it upset you, deep inside you know your parents meant it in a good way, don't you? There are a lot of silly things parents do, but most of the time it's because they care, even if it may not seem so at the first glance. I think they love you very much.
