Oh my god this thing. I worked at a touristy bar last summer with one of these. People would play this for hours and when they actually caught one ...half the time they wouldn't even want the lobster. Someone threw one in our kiddie pool..that was fun. It ended up getting sucked in our drain resulting in lobster bits throughout the pool... and another guy punted one in the parking lot. The bigger bar down the street had one too and they got rid of it after some animal rights group protested it..It might have actually been PETA.

Wow...after reading the symptoms this sounds just like me. I am 6'4 and very skinny and always have poor circulation in my hands. And had a sharp pain off and on randomly for the past few months in my forearm too that I didn't even connect to this until now. Maybe this could be something to look into.

Im gonna tell you this in hopes to help you not to be harsh... I would seek help. Usually it doesn't take that much in loss before someone snaps out of it. Poker can be really addictive..which you are explaining which is good! No one wants to admit that they've lost sometimes, but for now..you may have lost. I'm not telling you to stop forever..but for now you need a break. You need a break so that eventually you can win. Its all about moderation if your a recreational player. You need to get your life back in order then eventually keep money on the side for poker. You need to put what you really value first in your life before this game. Right now you need to value your parents and the trust with them. After something big like this that could take months..years. But again you need to figure out whats really important to you. The money will straighten itself out eventually it just takes time.

Thanks for the feedback. I realize what I did wrong right after. I folded and got up for the day after I realized how poor I played it. He didn't show but he said he had me beat the entire time. Who knows what he really had. Couldn't see what I beat besides a bluff.. So if he did have a set I don't know why he didn't raise the turn.

One tell I noticed against a friend was the way he bet. If he declared an amount "I bet $40" he had the hand. If he started to look at his stack and hesitate and move some chips in the pot, he was bluffing.
