Have lost 5kg (11 pounds) since starting my diet + exercise 3 weeks ago. Already starting to feel better and looking better in the mirror :) Also noticeably building some muscle :)

Down from 138kg (304 pounds) to 133kg (293 pounds) atm :) Goal is to get under 100kg (220 pounds).

Gday!! Now I have been overweight since primary school. Somehow since about age 10 or so I have just been getting more and more overweight. Currently I am 21 years old, about 6'4" and weight about 137kg or 300 ish pounds. I think this is as heavy as I have ever been. I have lost weight before, lost about 20kg a couple years ago by myself but put it back on slowly after I stopped training. Now my brother (who is a health nut) has moved from interstate to just around the corner and has offered to train with me/be a personal trainer.

My aim is to get down under 100kg (220pounds) as quick as I can. Not going to set a date yet until a couple weeks into training. I am starting a paleo diet and lifting weights 3 times a week and cardio on the remaining days.

Currently laying in bed with sore abs, arms, legs, shoulders from yesterdays weight session but its the good feeling of building muscle :) Very excited this time to start losing it.

Same, we only had really small lockers, could only fit year 7/8 kids in them.

Yeh I agree, I think I could knock someone out with my Black Widow Ultimate, its seriously heavy. I like the font and I think the surface does need changing, not the keys though, they are fine.
