Females of r/fitness, have you ever been hit on at the gym?

Not a female but any time I've been hit on at the gym it has more often than not been of the "hey, I'd like to try that exercise, but I don't know how to do it. Would you mind showing me?" variety. It's a pretty effective and unassuming way to start a convo at the gym. Not sure if that would necessarily be a great guy's approach though. It would have to be pretty situational.

YES YES YES! Especially if you end up in Brooklyn and can wait a few hours for the best artichoke slice in the world from Di Fara Pizza. It's not on the menu but if you ask for it he'll make it for you.

Actually, it seems that we are getting a similar style music festival after all. Catalpa Music Festival at the end of July. It took a few years for Coachella to gain the popularity it has and attract big name artists but this should be a great start in NYC. Definitely going to that.

Also, If you're a fan of EDM, Electric Zoo and Electric Daisy Carnival are both really good multi-day events.

Starting at the end of May, you'll start seeing some pretty big names performing in some low key places (sub $20 cover) in Williamsburg and Redhook.

On top of that, Central Park is home to the famous and free Summer Stage music festival that goes on all Summer long. Definitely check that out.

Now that I think about it, we have it pretty good here. Summers in NYC rock if you know what to do.

You would think there would be a music festival on a similar scale as Coachella here...

Randall's Island would be a perfect venue for something like that.

I have a T2i that I usually shoot with and post process in Lightroom but the convenience of the iPhone is just too tempting for these kind of shots.
