Cold Pasta Salad, scallop potatoes, pudding, tunafish+granny smith apples + light mayo. Just trial and error. Or making a mix or onions+red peppers+olives so I can just throw it in eggs, or on a salad or wrap.

The biggest effort was going to the gym at 320 lbs, in sweats holding a water bottle and ipod and not feeling totally rediculous. It felt like people were looking at me saying "yeah...nice try. Get back to the couch" but i kept thinking "if I keep coming, they'll know I'm serious, and in a year, I'll look serious."

My doctor and I agreed a great weight would be 180lbs. I've had soo much trouble with eating. I remember crying because I wanted to eat ice cream so bad. Other than that, I really do like exersizing and running around.
