I want Stats.

How many people died as a direct result of my actions? How many lived who would have died? How many close calls did i have (say >95% chance of death), how many terrible decisions did i make, how many inspired ones? How many legitimately original thoughts did i have? Where do my morality and ethics sit amongst the population? how smart am i, compared to average? How 'sucessful' (yet to be defined) was i, crossreferenced with intelligence, compared to the average? How many times could i have made a significant positive change to someones life, but chose not to?

Im sure there would be plenty more

Keep a running list of your ideas as you go, even if you are working on something else at the time. Then if you have a creative dry spell, you can just pull up your list and flick through, see if anything takes your fancy, start to flesh it out, expand on the basic concept.

In general i come up with ideas far faster than i can execute them. My list is way too long.

My take is this: Stay unless it is financially debilitating, or you have a better idea. That is to say, if you choose to leave, have a plan. Dont just drop out to work in a retail store. Get an apprenticeship, work on a personal business project, make a website that sells animal phallus scaled for human use. Anything. If you have nothing, stay, for lack of a better idea.

If you leave and dont make a go of something, you will regret it. It has to be a proactive decision, something you can look back and say, "shit, im glad i had the courage to leave college and do X".

Edit: Im assuming you mean US College, as in 18ish+. If you mean UK College, 15-18ish, stay the fuck in school, the rest of the world still considers that High School.

Also, dont feel bad about a couple of papers, just think about why you failed them, chances are you found them boring as fuck. thats not really an indication that they're too hard for you, just that you dont have the discipline to absorb information that does not interest you. Take that as you will.

to be fair, thats not a reddit thing, that community exists far more extensively outside reddit, just as it does with most subs.

Also; sure they're overzealous to the point of creepy, but it comes of insecurity, and a general lack of education. I dont mean to be rude or dismissive, and i certainly dont want to defend everything about that community, but its very easy to say 'look nice, be friendly, and dont be a jerk'. Thats not actually how it works. Most ordinary, friendly, well kept, non-jerk guys have to put on some kind of act to attract women. 'Be Yourself' is the emptiest of Empty Platitudes.

You may be one of those rare ladies who are proactive, but that puts you in the extreme minority. Nevertheless we appreciate it immensely :)

If you remember in that early scene where helix & co. slaughter the troupe, i think they leave in a hurry because the Amyr are coming. Some people say skarpi is Amyr, or an agent of theirs, so he/they may have been looking for Kvothe all that time. If Skarpi is with the Amyr, it seems reasonable that he knew of kvothes father, and kvothe himself. Whether or not they knew kvothe may turn out to be a particularly adept archanist is another question i guess

Edit: oh, and of course skarpi may be a namer of some kind.

Im of two minds about CCs. I've never had trouble with them, I use mine in much the same way you do. However, i would happily give up those rewards to see an end to the exploitative manner CCs are pushed to consumers. Those shitty rewards are just the bait.

People are stupid. There is no way around it. You say you have no sympathy, well i do. Its not their fault that they are stupid. Its not their fault that they were never really educated about money. I think its wrong to exploit those people. It is perfectly possible to make money providing quality goods and services at reasonable prices, they're just being greedy at the expense of societies weakest members.

Yeah, people definitely do this. But really, what does it matter, the good would outweigh the bad of providing yet another way for big business to write off tax.

On an interesting side note, it seems that for many airlines/countries individuals cannot transfer air points between accounts, but businesses can. Im not sure if that means they cant donate them, but its something to consider.

In my opinion, more than half of those movies are terrible (not Aliens, the other ones). Thats not to say that everyone does or should think the same, but as a definitive rebuttal, its bad.
