Why do you think they are 100% worth it? It looks like with the Seals get philo stone 6 seconds earlier and you get your 3rd GP10 and boots 16 seconds earlier. That seems pretty negligible to me.

Great guide! It looks to me like the seals aren't worth it and better spent on defensive stats, but Quints and masteries are pretty much mandatory.

Pretty much exactly this. The speed running inside these IC's is much faster then the bus speed between different parts of computers/any high tech electronics. If this design gets rid of this issue, you have removed a pretty massive bottleneck.

If you start off your combo Q -> E -> R and are quick enough, you can hit R before the Q and E hit the enemy, making your ult affect them as well as dropping the cool down on them.
