As Brucemo points out, the WBBC aren't "regular" christians, they're strict Calvinists. To sum up the 5 points of Calvinism:

1. Total depravity: As a consequence of the fall of man into sin, every person born into the world is enslaved to the service of sin (just for being born, you're a sinner).

2. Unconditional Election: God has chosen those whom he will bring to himself not based on virtue, merit, or faith; rather, it is unconditionally grounded in God's mercy alone (Even if you do good deeds here on earth, God may still say you're going to hell)

3. Limited Atonement: Only the sins of the elect were atoned for by Jesus's death (Jesus' death didn't atone for the world sins, just some of us)

4. Irresistible grace: The saving grace of God is effectually applied to those whom he has determined to save (God saves those he wants to save, if you don't follow god's teachings it's because he doesn't want you.)

5. Perseverance of the saints: As God is sovereign, and his will cannot be denied by humans or anything else, those whom God has called into communion with himself will continue in faith until the end (If you leave, you weren't truly faithful to begin with & god doesn't want you)

They also believe in the 144,000, or the True Israelites prophecy, essentially saying 144,000 people will be saved, everyone else (EVERYONE else) is going to hell.

Tl;Dr: You're fucked before you're born, and even doing good works all your life won't help. Watch Louis Theroux's Documentaries about these guys, they're hugely enlightening. Dunno why I used my novelty account for this. Oh well, here's Troy.
