90°C are quite hot. Make sure airflow is good, clean dust, try getting to these temps with stress testing outside of a game / 3D rendering (use MSI Kombustor if you don't know or have any other tool to do that).

What he said. Not sure where exactly these settings will be, and most likely, they are already set up correctly but if you see something that's set to IDE, change it to AHCI if that's an option.

Don't even bother at first. Just try to boot up without going into BIOS. 90% says you'll be good to go.

As long is it's a SATA drive and not IDE, you should be fine.
