Not that I can tell. My impression is that most of the pros who dominate with their Worlds Top 8 decks don't have much else to do on Friday nights. WOTC really needs a 'Thursday Night Magic' for true beginners or casuals.

How do you judge 'off'?

I feel like he's constantly bumping himself. He lunges for some odd reason, especially if he's interested or excited in something. I was once feeding him, and he lunged backwards to look at the ceiling lamp, and bumped his head.

At what point does all this bumping screw his brain up?

I've purchased a several cards off eBay. 9/10 purchases went just fine. 1/10 was outright fraud. Some tips:

Reputation: Buy from well-reviewed sellers (thousands of reviews, very very high rating) even if the price is slightly higher.
Report early, report often: Ebay's "customer service" exists to defend the seller, not you, the customer. If you have a problem, report it right away. Ebay gives the seller minimum two weeks to send the item - even if the product is already two weeks late.
Use PayPal whenever possible: It's like doubling the insurance on your order.
If the price is too good to be true, it's probably fraud.

Yes buy a car. Spend extra for a very fuel efficient hybrid. You don't need to drive it much (sip gas), but you'll need it for specific tasks and travelling anywhere outside of Seattle.

Prices range but we pay $125 for an enclosed parking space in Cap Hill in our building.
