1- Was it proper for AlissonBarryman and StephenReid to openly call me an exploiter/cheater?
2- Should they have handled this more professionaly? (In private with me the player) Then discolsing in a professional manner that the crystal was dropped because of a bug related issue, and has been removed.
3- Assuming I am telling the truth, do they owe me a formal apology?

I never lied to a GM. I had the item in my inventory prior to it being reimbursed.
This day an age, they have to tools to see if you had something, prior to it being restored. Crazy concept, huh?!

If you are referring to the yellow crystal thing, that was a complete troll on the noob Vicious. Other than that, please tell me what I lied about.
Let's break this down:
-I proved to everyone the white crystal was in the game. I am praised.
-People assumed had to explain how I got it. I refuse to divulge the information. I am called a d-bag!
-Bioware realizes they made a mistake. /point finger at Catch!
-Bioware posts that Catch is a horrible person and exploits, blah blah, spewing bs.
-Community jumps on the bandwagon! If Bioware says it, it's got to be true!
-Catch posts his side of story with proven email that Bioware screwed up. Community is confused. The Bioware bandwagon crew still in full force of hanging Catch!

I did not breach the ToS by any means. Someone posted it prior to me saying it. Which is odd, because I never told anyone prior to that.
@randomitis, I have no idea until I get ingame, I will let you know. But if it is more than one, I will be very curious as to how you know and I don't being it's my account. There should be nothing removed from my account at all.

Cover my butt for what? I did absolutely nothing wrong, and why would I tell people? I didn't want to, so what of it? You got a problem with that? too damn bad. As for the video, it wasn't supposed to be a special awsome video. This wasn't the walkthrough, it was pointing out how Bioware lies and tries to cover their asses for screwing up.
Clearly in the email they sent me that they restored the item. Not my fault they didn't inform me of it being a bug and what not.

I don't have a second account and I was suspended for 7 days. I have a video to to explain the story and email from BIOWARE directly about this. I will be posting it as soon as I get done. Call it what you will, but it is all facts. I have not exploited or hacked. I obtained the crystal because of a bug that Bioware obviously didn't catch (No pun intended), and I had no clue it wasn't supposed to be in the game at all. How the hell would anyone know?!?!?!?! Nobody knew until today.

That's what the average player assumes. They still cannot break the law and discriminate, offend, accuse and so on. You get the idea.. they are still bound by all the laws everyone else is.
