Most flight tracking that detailed is defaulted to a 10 minute delay. I follow flights on the Passur System for KPIE (StPete/Clw). It is on a 10 minute delay. Some days they go to a loop that they run over long periods. I send them an email and it pops back to almost real time.

The airline tracking on their sites is more up to date.
