The Bishops are drawing to themselves a state of separation from all forms of shared protections and shared responsibilities that a constitutional overlay brings them. Let the do as they wish with those they employee who are fellow churchmen and are willing to live with out any benefit of shared governance. Let them exist as separate but completely unequal entity. Let the church provide for its own roadways and usual expectations of civil function and go it alone as they see fit. Let them care for their ill in their own hospitals and do no business with any entity that does not see fit to serve them. Let them bury their own dead.
