Oh my fucking god this picture is CONSTANTLY reposted as if it is some kind of homage to the humanity of war.

IT IS NOT. It in NO WAY represents the horror OR honor of war on either side at all. It is a dumb photo of a man handing someone a flower, it makes no statement, it portrays no deeper meaning, it is an insult to some of the breathtaking photojournalism that exists. Shove this photograph up your asshole and stop posting it.

As time goes on I feel that we can't win. People get really touchy about it but in any scenario we are fucked. In a military fight, they have ac 130 gunships that can pick us off from miles away, some of us have guns. People like to point to the violent toppling of regimes and be like "see, eh, people are the power." Dude not at all I'm not a Buddhist. hey I just stumbled into this though. I feel honored a comic was made for me. All I am saying is narrowing down the human experience into typical memes, and stepping on bugs is not really a message that should be associated with pot. If anything I am advocating the kind of image modern pot smokers advocate. When Cheech and Chong came out, Hollywood loved it, and politicians loved it too because they got to project the archetype that all users were dumb, base thinking, retards.

All I am saying is step outside the image. Put out some original work, make a point, catch the spider in a cup.
