Well if the proof you require is finding a man in the clouds, then yea, you would be right. But when you look at it with a logical mind, it just doesn't make sense.

Do you believe in evolution? Kind of a silly question, I know, being that it is a proven fact.

Or what about the fact that the god you believe in is directly related to where and when you were born? If you lived in Greece back in the day, you would believe in Zeus.

Also, don't you find it curious that god would ban wearing mixed fabrics, round hair cuts, eating shellfish? It's blatantly obvious that it was written by man 2000 years ago when silly rules like that made sense.

I don't expect you to stop believing, and really you don't have too. 300 years from now, people that believe in Jesus will be a very very very rare thing and that's all that matters to me.

Once you realize there is no god, it is fascinating to observe and discuss the mind set of people who do believe in god.

You probably won't understand this, because you obviously believe in god.

Edit: It would be like being taught your whole life that the earth was flat. Then one day realizing that it is round. I would assume you would be rather captivated by people who still thought it was flat.

I agree with you on one thing, you can't expect kids to get out of the way for pictures. Adults on the other hand, should be able to accommodate most situations like this. Then again, I'm Canadian and the majority of us aren't dicks.

I was as Comic-Con last month, and when people wanted to stop and take pictures with people dressed up in a packed arena, everyone waits. No reason to be a dick.
