oooh yeh a bath would be a good idea! How did i not think of this? All i've got is olbas oil, which i'm hoping will do the trick. But alot of people are suggesting Vicks? Is it really that good?

i just took some nurofen because of my headache

I've heard ibuprofen makes you drowsy? Didn't want to risk it!

although painkillers never seem to work for me when it's a cold-related headache.

i haven't really got a sore throat though, it's more a bad headache, swollen glands and a fever!

it's more of a headache and fever that i've got going on, plus my throat glands are really swollen, to the point where i can't concentrate it's so uncomfortable! (although maybe getting off the internet should be plan a)
