Is this what you meant? It's close, but not what I'm after - I'm looking for one that's based around conversation, not a journey. I can't for the life of me think of where I've seen it. I feel like it's a Tarantino movie for some reason. Still, that shot will come in handy, so thanks!

And I love that seen from Goodfellas. It has sort of has the atmosphere that I'm thinking of, but not the camera techniques.

I guess an easy way to explain it would be that it's sort of like a platformer, like mario. With the screen scrolling along, and the character keeping up with it whether they fall behind slightly or not. That probably doesn't make much sense - sorry if it's no help!

It's certainly along the right track - I had that in mind when I made the thread. I'm thinking of something much more casual and conversation-orientated though - not action and up close, but shot from across the street or something.

I love John's music, but noticed that all of the songs are no longer than 4 minutes - have you considered having pieces 30+ minutes long, like Godspeed You! Black Emperor's music? I imagine going on long walks from place to place in SZ - walks that drag on in a good way, since I'll be trying not to let my guard down for the whole of them. I don't think that 3-minute songs will compliment a 30-minute journey like a much longer song would.

I get this too sometimes, and it progressively gets worse until I restart the game. The tactical display will be a solid white circle, lighting effects will start to fail, planets and nebulas will turn nasty colours, and sometimes the black backdrop will turn a solid dull mint-green.

Is it a known bug? For context, I'm running the graphics much higher than I probably should on my laptop (highest everything), and just dealing with the under 1-second lag.

I saw a pretty hilarious side of it tonight - I was working as a waiter at the 'kick-off party' for the Great Britain Olympic team with royalty and all that there - during the show, the guests were passing around the 2012 Olympic torch from table to table, getting pictures of it like a fan would with a celebrity.

I thought it was a massive cheese grater for a second.
